Er slander is to damage a reputation, defame character make a false statement and so on. What form that comes across in immaterial. Its through slander libellous action can be taken/ sought.

not saying that's the case here but the thread title and comment seem a little off and random

I am 99% positive that if I tested all the toilets in the Post House I'd find some evidence of cocaine use, TBH I expect I'd find it in most places.

Agreed, I remember years back needing to use the sit down loo at the Void in Hanley and their policy was simply to have no locks on the doors so there I am with my kecks round my ankles and the bouncer just barged in as in his opinion I'd been in there too long and was up to no good!

You could go into just about any pub in Stafford on a Saturday night, drag your fingertips along the top of any cistern in any cubicle, and you'll see traces of colombian marching powder. I include old fogies pubs.

Not sure why they're doing this, instead of having some people high, happy and buying bottled water at 5000% markup, they now only have to deal with pissed up people buying less profitable merchandise and getting into a punch up at the end of the night.
