Know its very unlikely to be exclusive to Ford! Butt w. do people who make the very responsible choice of carrying THOSE bags! then discard them full of sh**t! UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!!!
IF ITS YOU carry it, as I do till you can dispose of it responsibly. Do not chuck it. PLEASE. :)

I suspect that they do it on the basis that they might need to be seen to pick it up, especially if they feel that they might be being observed, but they can then just chuck it away in reasonable safety, when circumstances allow.

See me and a collie cross near peel terrace, if I haven't got a bag of shit in my hand, I will have imminently.

if I have to see any of (sh)it at all, I'd prefer to see the stuff outside the bag on the floor than in a bag in a tree, it deteriorates quicker that way!

Perhaps, if festively decorated bags could be issued during the Christmas season, with instructions to hang them only on evergreen trees..?

I always think that they make quite effective organic handwarmers until you get to the bin.

Take your point; and yes, if I have to see it at all, would rather see it 'Au Naturel' than gift rapped! :barf: Yes bins can be few and fare between, but attach it to the dogs lead, if you can'r bring yourself to carry it!! 'Well the the fecker' did it after all! It makes me so angry!:grr: (calm down, calm down! :embarrass: Ed)

My boy needs Tesco bags! It's the posh "Grain Free" kibble and meal on a tray.
Why am I the ONLY owner who carries a bag? Where can you buy dogs that do not poo on the pavements?

Sometimes, people will leave bags in a prominent position to pick up later if they are near the start of an out-and-back walk. I don't do that myself but I can understand why someone might prefer to do so. It is therefore possible that the bags you see hanging around might belong to someone on a walk.

The pockets of every coat I own are filled with (empty) poo bags and (half chewed) tennis balls. It can be quite embarrassing when someone takes my coat in a restaurant.

When we go for a long walk I carry a rucksack containing a carrier bag. Poo bags are stuffed in there during the walk, then the carrier bag goes into a bin at the end. The only place this system fails is at Milford, where there are no bins. Under the cloak of forum anonymity I confess that I have...sometimes...deposited my carrier bag in one of the bins thoughtfully provided outside nearby businesses.

That's as specific as I'm getting.

I spent 2 weeks at my sisters when she went to Bulgaria, they have 2 dogs, a crazy Springer and an American cocker spaniel. I'm still finding poo bags in coats and jackets I haven't worn since then.

Went for a walk on the Chase at the weekend and was amazed at the number of plastic bags, obviously full of dog do-do, just thrown around on the floor.

Admittedly there were no bins anywhere, but that is NOT an excuse at all.

The fact that there are no bins at any of the parking areas is a complete fail on behalf of whatever authority runs the Chase.

Still no excuse for chucking it on the floor though. And all of the bags I saw were on the Chase itself anyway. If people were using the bin excuse then you would expect to see them piled up in the car park, not in the woods.

I agree with you. It's laziness. Not having bins does give lazy people an excuse though.
