I typed Stafford into Google and this was one of the first on the list.

I was searching the internet for local stuff and it popped up. I viewed it for a couple of weeks as a guest (in case you were all spotty 12 year olds with attitude lol) found out it was a pretty friendly site that was filled with human beings and joined!

I resent that! I am a spotty 12year old and fudge me I've got an attitude!

Plus I'm pretty sure admin is part man part machine. Simmilar to Robo Cop or Steven Hawkins. Robo Hawkin if you will or perhaps Steven Cop.

well if i recall, 'stafford forum' was then 'castletown forum', and so overwhelmed i was at an entire forum dedicated to one shitty place i suggested that a 'stafford' forum may be more applicable and potentially a decent business model (in years to come). a day later and it was realised, a week later and i'd been banned for general obscenities, hence why my profile says that i joined a couple of months in. still, great forum and really, how much legs has a castletown forum got? i lived there at the time if i may add. b.

When I moved back to Stafford I had a nosy around and was pleasantly surprised to see that people actually do talk to each other around these parts!

Can't remember exactly how I came across the site.

Must have googled something that brought up 'The Stafford Song' and found it via that. I remember calling hubby across to listen to it as I thought it was so good :)

I can't remember! I joined 2007, it's now 2012, 5 years and the memory is gone, by the time I'm 100 it will down to 15 minutes and gone !!!!
