A run up to Bolton this morning showed little anti speeding activity by police Ect. Just one black unmarked 5 series which had stopped a flat bed van.

About 2.5%, seems quite low, presumably this is typical for Ireland ? I have not seen figures for other areas of Europe/UK.

I couldn't give a toss about a £100 fine, it's the points which are the real stinger.
