So it would seem. Cheers, G. Was merely curious because this entity owns such a lot of individual modest residential properties in specific areas of town. Presumably bought off-plan, ahead of real people who'd like to own their own home, iot fatten the already bulging wallets of a bunch of anonymous fat cats who most certainly don't live anywhere near Western Downs, or Rising Brook, or wherever.
What's not to like?
