WIFI CCTV advice

Hi my daughter is having problems with her neighbour who is going face to face with my daughter and screaming at her because he doesn't like were she parks her car, this is happening a lot, he is clearly a bully the police have been several times and have suggested keeping logs, so i want to get her the above and was wondering if anyone has ever used one, it needs to be WIFI and weather proof, my confusion comes with what do they connect to, do you need a pc, some mention cloud functions but i am not sure what that means either.

Is she in Stafford? Sure there was a thread recently on these, I've dabbled but I have a PC on 24/7 to process the footage.

I've installed a couple of the swann kits. Really simple everything just plugs into the recording box and that plugs into your modem for online access.

Try Cress Security on the Wolverhampton Road, with ours you can view footage 24/7 on a computer, IPhone or IPad.

Although my setup is pc , mobile and capable of viewing direct on my tv, i know my way round router configs and computers.
To be honest , as @Rikki has mentioned, the swan kits are easy enough to install if you want to diy.
Most setups on the market today will allow direct recording to their own built in hard drive with the nessessary cabling to connect to your tv or to a stand alone monitor for a live feed.
Expect to pay around £300+ for a 3 or 4 cam setup , preferably 1080p HD quality resolution.

I have that swann kit and it is quite good for the price and I can view it on my iPhone and iPad with ease
