Latest artist impressions - more info from BLA Stafford

This picture appears in todays Express & Star (p23) as an artists impression of the new Riverside Walk delelopment in Kidderminster. As @Confused said it ain't Stafford, unless it is a generic to be used for all riverside developments in the country

As said its the exact regurgitated piece from 2 years ago and a pic that has nothing to do with the site.

Is anything ever going to happen to the units at Staffordshire place? I would have thought with the new development these would have been leased by now...

Heard rumours Tenpin is moving around this area, and one on Greyfriars closing?

Sounds like a perfect time to demolish everything on Greyfriars from the old hospital right up to the roundabout, including the buildings on Greyfriars Place. The whole area is a shit tip of urban dereliction. With the new road coming through there the area could be totally redeveloped.................or erased from this earth and nature allowed to recolonise.

That's my apartment demolished then. :P

Fully agree the majority of the area is a dump or falling apart bar the odd retail unit (Halfords, Screwfix, Dunelm etc).
