Work may have started work, but possibly the approval decision was an 'error'. See application ref 16/23583 on borough council website. Looks like we'll be funding a few more gagging orders.

Such a shame for Lord Sta££ord.

Planning action group Facebook page says Borough Concil has admitted acting unlawfully. Time to reinstate the stocks in the market square.
