I cannot see halfords taking a unit the size of morrisons in the same reason aldi wouldn't. Plus wouldn't a change of use needed to be submitted, nothing on SBCs portal for the unit/ site.

The northern one was a Lucas Autocentre, originally.

So maybe it would be a good idea to combine the two in a larger building, possibly centrally located and going cheap?

Does anyone know the estimated opening date of the new shopping centre? Im sure it was 1st quater of 2016. I have worked on projects like this and going off my experience that looks about 6 months off completion. The shop fitting wont take a huge amount of time but looking from the outside (most of it isnt even weathered yet) its gonna be a while before all the services are fitted, unless they throw a huge amount of bodies at it.

Has anyone seen which cinema chain will be taking ownership of the new cinema yet?

Also, what's going to be built on the site of the old Chicago Rock? We walked past it today and just wondered why that was all still flat while everything else is flying up?

I believe the Chiquitos bar/restaurant has an estimated opening of August this year..

That is the cinema site but I'm not sure which cinema it will be.
