Why does everything have to be on a sickly sweet brioche bun?

Obviously all taste-buds are different, but these are savoury brioche, it's not like the very sweet desert brioche. The burgers aren't being served inside a sweet pastry. Everyone's levels of sweetness and savoury are different, but I'm so very pleased to a have burgers inside something other than an bland bread roll (without having to go to a city).

Yes all tastes are different and I prefer (when having a burger) to have it on a plain bread roll. Anything else just detracts from the actual burger. Obviously others disagree or your premises wouldnt be the success they are, but for me it would be nice to have the option.

Agreed! (also, not my premises, I don't speak for the glorious burger makers, I am merely a salivating customer these days)

Sadly this wasn't on the menu on Saturday......Instead it was the Old Norma.....still sounded tasty though.
