Hello, I have a number of issues I'd like looked at, preferably by an all-in-one-fix-everything person, they are as follows:
1. Replace a bathroom extractor fan
2. Fix a flickering light fitting
3. Fix a leaking radiator
4. Replace an out of reach lightbulb (I don't have a ladder)
5. Provide advice on how I might fix a problematic fridge door
