Hahahahaha. It was eggs that went down me today! I had a southern fried chicken wrap from Sainsburys. It were in the reduced section. Took 1 bite out of it, and it all went sailing down my front. Lucky my 'bits' are so big, or it would've landed on the floor!
I knew it! Don't like eggs my arse !

Kangaroo steak, sweet potato mash and asparagus spears fried in garlic butter then wrapped in black forest ham (and refried a little) and topped with a little parmesan sauce. Only 500 calories too!

There's a nice lay-by near Worston Mill - in fact, alpaca lunch.

Picked up a ham joint for a quid from the Co-op roadkill counter last night. Currently simmering in ginger beer with a few cloves, black peppercorns and a couple of cloves of garlic. Smells great.

Roast pork, buttery mash, potato croquettes, broccoli cheese, roast parsnips. Washed down with port and lemon.

Stuffed mushrooms to start, followed by sticky toffee pork shoulder, dauphinoise potatoes and green beans.

Too busy today to think about cooking a roast. Found a turkey and leek pie in the freezer that I had made after Christmas from the leftovers.
We had it with carrots and peas. It was lovely even if I do say so myself.

I am still awaiting my invite to dine round yours.

Though I suspect said invite may be a long time coming...
