whose to say it was only just and whose to say it has been done multiples. Not sure saying a store has had its highest takings in 3 years is a bad thing before the site is anywhere near fully operational. And whose to say the goalgate store wasn't taking a shed load of cash.

I would be more concerned if it was the other way around.

no matter what it is, retail won't beat Christmas shopping, alot of retail even the big names bring in 20-40% of their annual turnover during that period.
