Citizens Advice Staffordshire South West is a registered charity. We have four offices, based in Cannock, Rugeley, Stafford and Stone - allowing easy access to your local service. Disabled access is available at all of our offices. We also have various outreach venues in the local area.



Our service provides free, confidential, impartial and independent advice. We value diversity, promote equality and challenge discrimination.



We offer face to face advice and advice by telephone on a range of issues including debt, benefits, housing, employment, family and relationship matters and consumer advice. We also have specialist advice services in debt, welfare benefits and housing.

Yes, people voted for this. If you voted for any politician that wanted to import hundreds of poor people from other countries, then yes, you voted for this. It may come as a shock, but finite resources are actually finite.

Citizens advice staff at queensville shopping center this morning raising awareness of the funding cuts and asking people to sign petition.

If you or any of your family do Facebook or any other social media will you share the link and ask them to share the link - many thanks we need 2,401 more signature by Friday to get the council to even listen to us

We spend less now than we used to, and even our own population has risen so you can't just blame foreigners no matter how much you'd like to. Lets hope you never need to claim asylum eh.
