Is there such a thing as pension day now? Mine gets paid into my bank once a month fairly randomly.*

* The pension system, and many other government departments, appear to work on the ancient 13 month year that preceded the Julian calendar, so payments come every four weeks instead of once every calendar month.
There does appear to be an increase in shop mobility traffic and lavender fumes on particular days.

Enjoying a drop of red.
Morrisons sold it to investors.
The investors want to split it into 3 shops.
Planning permission told the investors "The car park is too big for 3 smaller units" and blocked it.
Investors refuse to open car park (their land) until planning permission situation is resolved.
We all still eagerly await clarification of this, now you have posted elsewhere on the forum again.

I must say on council planning portals, without the exact reference plans apps can be hard to find after they have been decided on.
Just enough time for the average Joe to give-up looking for, what they were looking for.
