I'm looking for a new home for my Carrera Kraken mountain bike, the frame is 20" and the wheels are 26". Purchased new from Halfords in 2014.
The bike hasn't been used a lot but it has been ridden quite a few times over the years and had a few repairs because I fell off, standard stuff. Last year it had a full service from Specialised Cycles in Stafford and it hasn't been used much since, although I think the front wheel has a slow release puncture. The bike should probably have a once over before riding but otherwise there's no issues I'm aware of.
Anyway, the bike is free to a good home. I'd prefer to give it to someone who is going to use it, or they know someone who'd like a mountain bike to ride. I'd prefer not to give it to someone who is going to immediately resell it.
The bike comes with 2 helmets, one Giro Cipher Helmet 2014 (small, never used) and one Giro Feature Helmet 2014 (small, used regularly). Also a pair of Alpinestars Moab Gloves (medium) and a few misc pieces: a (terrible) lock, some allen keys, a pump. Please take all of the accessories, otherwise they'll be thrown away.
Collection only. I'm in the Stafford Box building, just off the Marston Road, half a mile from the town centre.
