They moved in to the Shire Hall and now have the nerve to up sticks again and try some other place, all's whilst those in charge here in Stafford are perfectly happy with all this shenanigans, like, wtAf is going on??!!!?

It's those in charge of Stafford who are pushing this move. They want the Shire Hall empty so they can sell it.
