I guess it means that you value yourself more with piercings and tattoos than you did without them. What's wrong with piercings and tattoos?
I have both , does that mean I don't value myself ?

One of my earliest memories is of having a piercing - and of my blood dripping down from the hair of the bloke that was sewing me back up again. What's wrong with piercings and tattoos?

Did that a while ago, the forum is much calmerI've just clicked on the "ignore button@ on @HopesDad profile.
First time I've done that to any forumite, I don't mind a bit of healthy debate, or hearing someone else's point of view but I just find him totally ridiculous.
I agree that he's playing a part..... the part of a troll.
At least I won't have to listen to his constant negativity anymore. I wish I'd clicked "Ignore" ages ago.
Reported - personal abuse and profanity.
We all know this Hope fellow is just playing a character right?

We do use farm shops.
And Waitrose is better, it is not a misconception. Have you ever even been in one?
I could be way off but PPPPP went awfully quiet when you came on the scene. He/ she talked about shopping a waitrose in Uttoxeter........hmmmm lol
Oh yes, the quality of everything is far superior to the likes of Aldi. Fresh goods are actually fresh, everything is clean and neatly laid out, far better selection of food that people like me want to buy, rather than just crap for the masses. And the shop itself is tidier, better laid out and more accessible. Staff are knowledgeable, polite and friendly, clean and well presented, free of tattoos and piercings. They are fluent in English and are able to string more than two words together to make a coherent sentence. Altogether a much better experience.
As for the prices well yes, Waitrose is a bit more expensive but, as I said, you get what you pay for and quality costs. I have no idea what the average wage is, but my salary is very considerably higher, so saving a few pence here and there is not important to me. I think that I and my family are worth that, presumably you, like so many Stafford people, don't value yourself so highly.
Me too love. I'm just as equal as anyone. Just cos I don't earn a vast fortune, doesn't mean I'm a nobody. Money doesn't make a person, manners do.What's wrong with piercings and tattoos?

What the f*ck is the matter with you? Why can't you just give your opinion of Waitrose without being personally offensive? Was I perosnally offensive to you? I absolutely was not, yet you feel it's ok to be offensive to me in a totally uncalled for manner. You know absolutely nothing about me so I suggest you keep your abuse to yourself.
Forumites, should i not have risen to the bait??
Did someone say something?Click ignore.
I wouldn't know!Did someone say something?
And sooner the better that the units are filled and more importantly opening the car park.Back to the topic. So new aldi in the town centre.
Yes, and I've also priced installations at food production plants that supply Waitrose as well as other supermarkets. Same stuff, different label
P. S. Anybody hear Jezza talking on Radio Stoke the other morning after the meeting at Stafford?
I wasn't sure before but what a winker.
This is very difficult for me but I actually agree with Kyoto here ( I just swallowed a little bit of sick)Jesus, I went in to the one in Newport the other day and came out convinced the prices in there were not for 'normal' employed people. I earn well above the average wage but baulked at Waitroses prices. Do you really think that the fresh fruit and veg at Waitrose is more superior? I certainly don't. Their banana's were the same as the ones in Lidl, but 3 times the price, as were their Avocado's. And surely organic milk is the same wherever it is purchased?
Ah, sorry. Should have been more specific. I meant our very own Mr Lefroy.
