Nixon Garden Neatness
I had the whole day in the garden - it was lovely, i got the patio a bit back to normal after having french doors fitted . brick dust and plaster still seemed to be teverywhere - keep damping down and sweeping but there is a layer of brick dust on all the plants, I keep hosing them down with water but it seems in the air.

Yesterday not so mundane or exceptional. After 15 and a half years my old dog said time to go. There is a weird space where his bed has been that will never be filled again.
Sorry to hear that sad news @PeterD :hug:Can understand how devastated you are feeling,. We went through the same thing ourselves with our dog who we got from rescue ,and had 17 lovely years with, and still haven't got over it .

With nearly everything we own breaking down lately, just found out my internet problems today aren't a problem in the area as usual, but my 5 year old router ! Aaargh! And trying to shout hubby out of bed to help unconnecting and reconnecting everything while I was on the phone just resulted in a "You What?" and a non-appearance

Today, I took an old dear to the Eye Hospital - the letter warned of a possible two-hour wait - so I dumped her and went to the Bentley Bridge car park, where I parked under the "No Hospital Parking" sign, which seemed a little pointless, as the car park had well under ten per cent of the spaces occupied.

There were some interesting canal boats, the appointment only took twenty minutes and the journey there and back had no incidents or delays of any kind.

I suspect that it's all part of a huge conspiracy.

I need to go soon, and was planning on parking at Bentley Bridge too. Reckon I should risk it?

3 to 4 weeks ago following a run I managed to damage my knee, it's improving and I am desperate to get out exercising again, mainly as I put on weight so quickly and easy. Today I am at the physio and hopefully they will indicate how far off this is.

I was planning on a visit there myself yesterday but changed my mind. I'd have come and bought you a cuppa if i'd known.

Cinema, Argos, Boots and Hobby Craft etc. It's school holidays so The Nickleodeon is a nightmare so staying away from there.

Ah, the shops and flicks. I see, fair enough.

The Nickelodeon, however, is the absolute pits. You really would be much better off at KFC or McDonalds.

Not often you can say that about those places!
