I have and I know the person who takes them. He has sat tests and is certified to operate and will not break the law. He has actually pulled others up on incorrect practices and will advise them accordingly. Maybe you want to read up and a few laws?

Clearly objects, whether you pass your so called exams or not, objects that have a history of falling to earth, are passing at great height, over humans , be it at 5 in the morning or not, so will at some point injure/kill a human

Pictures look great so don't understand what the problem is either.
Only problem I can see is why is there a picture of Cartmel racecourse amongst the Stafford pictures?
Unfortunately he is not operating within the codes, having been tested and certified does not permit usage outside the codes unless an awful lot of permissions and paperwork filling have been carried out.
The CAA states that drones should not be flown within "50 metres of a person, vessel, vehicle or structure not under the control of the pilot", amongst other stipulations. In light of that ask how the images could be achieved without breaching that. Unfortunately breaches of the code are what attracts media attention and potentially impacts those who do work within the code. The code in the UK is quite relaxed and sensible, I will not argue that the images are not technically good or that they are not interesting but such use and publication can cause problems.
