I remember being told that there was a school that had a Latin motto into the 1960s, but felt obliged to change it then.

It was , in English, I hear, I see, I learn - or, in Latin Audio, Video, Disco.

I have never been able to verify the truth of this story.

For some reason that brought a tune to mind that I now can't get out of my head.

So I thought I'd share the pain.

Will this thread reach 1000 pages by Christmas?

If I wasn't hampered by my severely restricted means of 'diagnostics' i'd almost certainly be sad enough to work out some sort of per day/week/annum calculation of the probability.

I have said it before, and will say it again, that this is a thread of genius.

It essentially 'twitterises' the format - which I'm absolutely sure was intentional.

Quite why i remain the only person to 'like' what is so obviously a work of staggering beauty is a continual source of bafflement to me.

Popped out to get some bread and milk this morning and ended up spending nearly £200 on new front tyres on my car.

And worse still I have succumbed to buying the first mince pies on the season as well!!

One of the only positive things that has come of running out of my meds is I've been trying to channel myself into production rather than destruction. Today we have racked some rather strong Blackberry Mead, I've cleared out another corner of the kitchen and I made these...
