Boiler Issue

Is anyone on here a plumber/gas engineer and available to come and look at my boiler? Or can anyone recommend someone please?

My boiler has died this morning and it seems to be a problem with the pressure valve.

British Gas aren’t answering and are apparently overrun with calls so wouldn’t come out anyway.

@Rikki is our resident boiler man. Is there a fault code? I was taking calls from Customers yesterday (BG competitor!) and a lot of the time the issue was a frozen condensate pipe or the fact the pressure needed topping up, both of which you can self fix.

My Baxi hasn't been working for the past 2 days due to the condensate pipe outside freezing up. But it has just fired back up about half an hour ago :yay: at the same time as it's starting thawing a bit outside. It was flashing up an E28 error code on the unit when it stopped working.
My plumber/gas engineer said that he is having loads of calls with the same issue, and he couldn't do much more than to do as we were doing....hot water and hair dryer on the pipe.

Ive already spoken to the chap about this. Seems it needs a part that I won't have time to do today with jobs I'm already committed to

Didn’t realise that was you. Thank you for the help anyway.
