This Is Us Season 2 on More 4.... if you havent seen this, you're missing a treat. Season 1 is on Amazon Prime at the moment. Briliant storylines and great acting, portrayed in a series of flashbacks about family trials and tribulations.

Even though I've not been to the cinema for years, I'm a sucker for programmes about movies ..... and why not.

There was a fascinating documentary on BBC4 (tv) a couple of days ago about the career and suspicious death of boxer and tv personality Freddie Mills. It was quite moving and recalls the period (40’s - 60’s) very well and finishes with a bombshell revelation. It may be of interest if you’re too young to know who he was - but if you do remember him I urge you to watch it.

Thanks for that, @Studio Tan . I watched it last night and it was very good. I'm old enough to remember the name Freddie Mills, but nothing else except that he was a boxer. And good to see all that 60s footage, especially a young Bruce Forsyth at the funeral.
