I was planning on going here on Friday with friends, rang to book a week or so before hand to be told they don't do bookings its walk-in only, rang on the evening to confirm if they served alcohol or it was bring your own, to be told they don't permit alcohol on the premises. Ended up going elsewhere
Still wanted to try their food so ordered a takeaway on Sunday, went to pick it up and it's cash only, no cards
Cash only, no bookings and no alcohol. Interesting business plan in Stafford...hope it works for them

The lack of alcohol is probably down to religious reasons (also turkey bacon listed on the burger part of the menu etc.). Doesn’t appear to be doing them any harm though, the place was rammed while we were there (including people coming in for carry-outs). The staff are also some of the friendliest I have come across in Stafford, service was great.Plonkers.

In a day and age where a considerable amount of people don't carry cash, using cards and their phones for most transactions, it's a cost most would say is essentialJust for the record, it costs about £35 to accept card these days.
I think the one at the petrol station has chargesIn a day and age where a considerable amount of people don't carry cash, using cards and their phones for most transactions, it's a cost most would say is essential
They've also got to consider where the nearest cash point is for people that don't realise before ordering. Is there one at the petrol station across the road or would people have to walk into town?
I went in yesterday had a lovely meal, everyone left feeling sated.
It's still cash only at the moment, but they are in the middle of resolving that apparently.
£8.50 for the veggieburger, chips, and with unlimited drink refills.
I'll def be back.
