Migration in Stafford

I'm researching about migration in Stafford and people's perceptions of it for my geography coursework. All feedback replies are anonymous and it only takes a few minutes! It would be really helpful if I can get lots of responses for both surveys, I'd be very grateful! Thanks in advance!

I think I accidently deleted the initial thread :/
Not being rude, but I don't click on any links unless I know the poster.

Tell us more about your 'course'
It's for my A-level Geography NEA (basically coursework) and you can pick any topic that we've studied in the specification over the two years in which I chose to do migration. It's an independent study I have to write about and collect all the data for myself and I thought the Stafford Forum was a perfect place to get people to help me with my surveys :)

The more data I can collect, the more I can write about and analyse. No specific personal details such as postcode or anything is required to do it, most of it is just peoples perspective of migration in Stafford.

How are you factoring hypothetical bias and certainty scales?
I'm hoping that by the survey being done online and all the feedback is anonymous, people are more willing to be honest when answering the survey as they aren't going to be judged for their opinions. They can also take their time if they want to and don't have that pressure of answering to someone face-to-face. Therefore there's more likely to be a reduced chance of these two issues theoretically. I simply just want it for research purposes for my coursework. I'd write about these issues in my analysis anyway.

For your 'A' level?

Basically 'coursework'?

You'd write about 'these issues in your anaysis' anyway?

As part of your 'A' level?

We live in a sceptical age, pandejo, so good luck with that.

Hey I just want a good grade for my coursework and i've got quite a lot of replies so maybe people arent as skeptical as you've perceived. But then what do you know, you spend your very early mornings on the Stafford Forum. :)

I've just done the one on the first link, but when I came to finish it was saying that I hadn't completed the form . It highlighted the 'Do you live in Stafford' question. I'd ticked the box saying yes, but doesn't seem to be accepting that????

Good luck with your A levels , and getting all the info you want for your coursework. I know how difficult our son found it whilst trying to get his dissertation completed for his university Geography Degree when he he was having to find a range of local people and business owners to interview. (I found it very interesting proof reading it for him , some of the comments from the locals about the students were rather amusing .. )

He moved from our home in Stafford , to live in Worcester whilst doing his degree in University of Worcester, and has continued living and working down there since graduating in 2017. His flatmate and also many of his friends down there now are university students who have stayed on to work and live in Worcester after finishing uni , as they enjoy the city life better than their home towns around different parts of the UK.

Thank you so much for doing my survey I appreciate it a lot! Ah don't worry it's done that to a few people but it's fine the responses do get registered (well they have done when i've looked at the number of responses).

Thank you! Yea I agree it's quite hard to find people who don't mind doing the surveys but surprisingly i've managed to get quite a few, especially since it's online.

That's very interesting, I'll definitely use that in my coursework analysis! Thanks again! :)
