I saw that on TV last night. 'wtf?' just about sums it up. It's quite the most bizarre behaviour imaginable.

I've never seen Stafford featured so much on prime time TV.
was it stafford??? i'm at work so can't listen to the audio..
Was it in Stafford? No mention of stafford, just because there was a staffordshire ambulance there, it could have been anywhere along the M6 throughout staffordshire
I meant the whole program... they were at Stafford police station with at least 2 lots of other people they had arrested in the program... and at the Doxey Police service area for one part of it.

Watch the whole program again on BBC iplayer :)

I saw the programme, missed the first ten mins but def based on the M6 J15 stretch....

Most annoyed by the bloke caught doing 112+ pissed, no licence or insurance, he got £850 fine, and lost his licence for one year!!!!
Can see why people take the risk of not bothering with insurance, no excess to pay out, no monthly direct debit......

:eng101:

the program was traffic cops and showed the CMPG....central motorway policing group which is a combination of staffs, west mids and west mercia bobbies.

CMPG report all their traffic offences to the force area in which they occur...hence why stafford may have featured so heavily.

i didnt watch it- i saw enough of them at work when i was in stafford.

hope this helps. :cops:

What can you say?

Anyone hear anything about an accident near the back of the police station last night? Came home about 6ish, the junction from Asda into town was closed and flashy lights aplenty.
