Does anybody on the forum have to support users in there job?

If so, how do they make you feel? How stupid are they, and what is the most stupid thing you have had to deal with?

yeah, that's what i do.. i've literally just got home from work, so i can't be arsed to go on about it now, but rest assured i shall contribute to this thread when i'm back at work on monday lol

When I rule the world, emailing a support desk replacing previous correspondence with "tried that - didn't work" will be punishable by death.

I used to, worked for Stafford College. Some people are idiots... or as we like to say they had experienced an ID 10 T error.

"printer isn't working"
"Has it got paper in it"
"Erm... No"
<phone down>

etc.
