At least someone has managed to thrown a stone high enough to put through Ken's window on the top floor :p

I noticed the sale sign today. They couldn’t of tried any harder to make it less inviting for purchase- even the graffiti is dire !

Is it really anything more than land at this point?

Alternatively, it does make it seem like they'll be getting a bargain because it's run-down.

I am disappointed by this as I was going to utilise the Ken graffiti photo on streetview as part of the Virtual Treasure Hunt a few weeks ago. Until I found out someone had smashed the window where Ken was, so it wouldn't have been fair as the street view image wasn't a fair representation of the current state of the building. Certainly impressed by how many windows have gone in that place every day. Can you hear people smashing the windows most nights? Do folk use the windows as target practise for clay pigeon shooting?

You see kids hanging around but never actively smashing the windows. Would be interesting to see the state of the inside tbh.

Think most of the ceiling has been pulled down from what you can see through the windows of the 2 nd floor ?

Surprised no one has turned on the fireman's hose and just let loose.
