I keep hoping that Rogers Brock and Barker will open a branch in Stafford. We used then when we lived in stoke and they were excellent.

Walked past it today , and it's already been broken it to, windows been put through at the front :(

Don't think it's been posted here but the Costs in town (opposite Game) was closed for a refurb... Not sure when it's open again...

Is floodgates bar closed permanently? I've been past a few times and it says it is closed with no mention as to when it will reopen

I see that, according to a sign at Junction 14, we now have a 'city centre', although the route to it is closed.

When did that happen?

Excellent news.

It took me so long today to get from Junction 13 to 15 to visit relatives, I would gladly have enjoyed the opportunity to break the journey with an overnight stay.

And then, avoiding the motorway on the return journey, I enjured a horrible journey home again stuck in rush hour traffic.

Husband came home and found me hiding away in the gin palace (it’s a no no usually on school nights).

There’s now a post office in the One Stop Shop on Wolverhampton Road. I believe it opened yesterday.
