I live in Forebridge and have Labour, UKIP and Independent standing. I’ve only received a leaflet from independent, on 3 separate occasions. There’s only a number of times you can read the same “stuff” over and over

We have 2 blues and 2 reds and 2 votes.

Blues are husband and wife ...'speeches' more or less identical except for "I am married to her" , "I am married to him ". Live in our side of town but can't remember what bullsh1t they were promising , both leaflets went in the recycling after a quick glance.

2 reds if I remember rightly don't come from our area and got big plans for the people in their area . (That's if I read it right as I glanced at the leaflets quickly before they all went in the recycling )

Surely if they all in the recycling they're all green now aren't they?

Quick reminder that it’s generally better to spoil your vote than abstain, as this at least goes towards saying “I don’t like anyone here” instead of “cba to vote” which is what not turning up is regarded as

Tories kept their seats on our ward, but massively reduced their gap from the Labour candidate. It seems a lot of people did as I did and only voted for 1...

Out of interest

is the Trevor L Fisher who stood for Labour in Seighford & Church Eaton Ward the same guy who used to teach history at Walton?

I'd have thought he'd be a bit old, but the name coincidence was odd.
