Moronic little shits have kicked down our fence panel

I feel for you. Its horrible when you have little sh*ts causing trouble for you. We get the odd instance around here including the bins being knocked over and stuff thrown at the windows (causing a chip in the double glazing). Its very annoying. Unfortunately much as it annoys us we just ignore it as if you go out and have it out with them 9/10 it will just get worse. It sucks.
I know someone who lived up your way and was burgled not long after moving in. So they called the police. Anyway 2 minutes after the police had left there was a knock on the door. A guy was standing there with a gun. He asked why she had the police round. She explained she had been burgled. The guy then explained that was the norm and should the police be called again her child would be shot in the face. Nice
I have some fence panels, gravel boards and concrete posts you could have if you like. Standard width/height and not very old.

The neighbour has fixed it though with the side of an old shed (kind of looks like a fence panel) Never been threatened with a weapon luckily. I'm the kind of person who if told not to call the police i'd be straight on the phone telling them that, scary situation that though. Not had any trouble for a couple of nights now, touch wood. Here's hoping it's blown over.

My south african friend who's family moved to the UK because they were white and owned a farm. According to his dad the white police advise that should someone come onto your land and threaten you, put a bullet between their eyes. Then put one into the car/tree/fence/wall/whatever behind them. Apparently the law states you can fire a warning shot and then you are at liberty to kill. Obviously there is no proving in what order you shot the rounds in most incidences.United57 said:

I'm seething! Now we have to replace it on top of the other stuff we have to do. Completely wrecked our evening too as we've spent most of it going through the cctv trying to catch the little bastards. Finally found them on there only to not really be able to identify them. We haven't even eaten yetI'm seriously considering electric fences!

Been referred to ask you about buying a house on Rickerscote Road by silkmore it's by st Peter's church new build. Wondered if you could offer your opinion on the area if I should buy a new house around there.

A friend of mine lives on Rickerscote Avenue. A very nice and quiet area. I personally think the area is better / nicer now that the pub has been demolished. It did appear to attract some undesirables.

Well personally I would rather run a mile but it's been a few years now since I lived there so It may have changed. The area is a bit insular and if you are local all is good if you are not you get treated like a foreign invader. I had a horrendous time there and would actually have to be physically homeless before I'd go back.
As I've said though It's been a long time. My advise is check the crime figures for the area and the surrounds check especially for A.S.B type reports.
