I'm not sure, but it's probably worth giving the police a ring. Isn't drawing symbols a thing thieves do when they are scoping it out?

How do I edit this?
Given the whole 'pavement marking' meme was a hoax and most of the symbols were actually put there by the national grid to mark pipes & gas lines, along with the striking resemblance of this symbol to the diagram of an atom in my GCSE science textbook, I'm going to hazard a guess that there's a secret nuclear reactor under the pavement at that spot.
