Beat me to it GG, don't know where Tilly got his information from, cause he certainly can't have been there*. But totally agree with your assessment, certainly not good enough! 4 games gone, and it could be a long hard season if we carry on like this. So disappointing after a very promising last 7 games of last season, and what was, for some, decent friendlies, prior to this term, after retaining the majority of the team, and making some decent signings.

Can't abide the doom mongers, who predict the worst, then sit back and if it goes wrong, will say:- "Told you so!" :barf:
It's a poor start, It is indeed relegation form, and if we carry on like this for much longer we will be in trouble. I will wait until we're are much further into the season before I make such predictions. We have a very tough away fixture at Hyde on Saturday, so it would be no surprise to me if we left Manchester still with only one point. Am I going to talk about relegation? NO.

I am looking forward to the next few games, particularly the chance of revenge, at home against Mickelover! In the FA cup! :)

Up the Boro! :slayer:

"As the football world watches the sad situations at Bury and Bolton, however bad a loss or two feels for us, remember how lucky we are to have a club in safe hands, where everyone involved keeps trying to push the club forward, a dedicated playing management, a full time academy, ground improvements ongoing, and more sponsorship opportunities & events going on than ever. We would be lost without it - nothing beats seeing the lads in black and white win at Marston Road"

That nice chap in this week's Newsletter summed up how busy the club is and there's a lot of plates being spun.
The team isn't playing that badly but are having no fortune, but it will come. The funding has been granted for car park and new turnstiles, the academy is up and running and the club has taken ownership of an academy mini-bus.

And the new fans bar under the main stand has now opened.

As I predicted we left Hide without any points, after suffering a 4.0 defeat! :help:
We had not conceded till the 60th minute, and had been arguably holding our own, and even been threatening. We went to pieces after conceding the first, and to add insult to injury, our best player on the day was stretchered off with a few minuets to go, reducing us to 10 men, just before we conceded the fourth! We are now bottom off the table, after playing the first 5 games of the season, but I am not pressing the panic button, I expect tilly to come on and grow, "Told you!", save your fingers, and don't bother posting another obscure image!

You should panic, I heard the side are horrible and the fans deluded.

You will be playing brocton and town soon, you might even score a goal ;)

I heard the social media team were laughed at over the weekend as they described a battering as decent.

Team are worse than everyone though lol

The social media provided an accurate account of the game. For 60 minutes we were decent / played well, however after that we capitulated and conceded 4 goals.

The social media team were criticised by some fans that didn't attend the game and, therefore, in no position to comment on how we played. I was there.

See deluded.

Like Liverpool fans with ` this is our year` lol.

Awful team, playing at a poor standard with a ugly and depressing ground and dwindling fan base. Fact are facts

Why the hate?

There is no hate at, all, just my opinion after horrid experiences at the place

They have a horrible grey dingy crumbling ground stuck in the 70s where the local neanderthals stand around a cage hurling obscenities and spit at opposing players and officials regardless of the women and kids there...who enjoys that kind of stuff. It certainly is not a family club with that behaviour. One school even refused tickets due to the fans reputation.

The standard of footy really is not good at all as witnessed by myself on the rare occasions I have been dragged there. It is not cheap for what it is.

I mock the fans stance as I have a mate who every year goes on and on how well the side is going to do.....every year = epic fail.

They might be an awful team, playing at a poor standard with a ugly and depressing ground and dwindling fan base but they've won every game and Anfield ain't that bad a ground :)

And that's coming from a United fan.
