It is indeed a new Starbucks at The Hough.

Spouting nonsense since the day I learned to talk
The Starbucks signs are already up in the main signage at the entrances to the retail park.

I noticed yesterday that yet another barbers has appeared in town. This time a few doors up from the Grapes.

Not sure how long it's been there as I rarely venture that way and if I do I'm usually focusing on how to walk in a straight line rather than looking at shops.

I don't understand how the number of barbers we have can possibly be sustainable despite the number of trendy beards being grown at the moment.

Quite frankly, they're not.

Was speaking to the barber I use and he says it's a struggle.

How do I edit this?

Beards do require maintenance. Also, wearing one does not mean the hair on your head no longer needs cut.

“Barber shops join a growing list of industries suspected of adopting the practices of modern slavery, which can involve human trafficking, forced labour and sexual exploitation. Other places where slavery has been known to occur is at nail bars, car washes, clothing factories, cannabis farms and in the cleaning industry.”

Not accusing any local barbers, but it does give pause for thought.

I appreciate that but we must have close on 20 barbers in the Stafford area.

I suspect they may all be the same barber in the newer ones cos they all look the same person to me, skinny jeans, coiffured beard, quiff and a green tee shirt :)

The only conclusion I can draw from the above is that barbers are Cylons. (There are a limited number of models, let me know if you see one who looks like Tricia Helfer. :yay:)
