The old Fosters next to WH Smith is a pop up Christmas place.
Also walked down the precinct today and noticed only 2 units are empty. Bad, but compared to a while ago.....

Town isn't doing that bad tbh, just need a private investor to sort out the old coop, Argos and m&s and we'll be bucking the trend...

What could the old M&S turn into I wonder? Most retailers that would take on that size of unit wouldn’t take one there when retail parks are much more appealing

Work seems to be going well in the old Ashiana's, and post house, so we can expect both back in action in the next few months.

Ashiana's look's like it'll be an oriental restaurant judging by some of the wall lights inside. They also seem to have took possession of the cellar bar too.

Signs went up today, won't be long before it's open, it's a Turkish restaurant.

Also, another shop is occupied on that row opposite the co-op, it's a vape bar.

And above it, not actually sure what they're doing , but looks like windows are being fitted all the way along.
That landlord clearly has great intentions, the occupation rate is through the roof, if only every landlord was more realistic with rental prices like him or her.

Oh, and the old millets block is up for auction, so expect that to be transformed in the next year.
