Yeah, closed a few months back, they shed half their stores, but I'm guessing they shed too many and put them in a worse position than before.
Tbh, it's one of those places where having a physical retailer showcasing the goods, and having a place of contact is useful.The worst thing they did is leave the Guildhall tbh.

Where you been, it was badly damaged in the flood, it'll take a few months to put it back together. It'll be all fresh again when it's open, so not a total loss.

When buildings are flooded to that level it can take 6 months to dry
