I wonder if it had been damaged by being empty for so long? Fair play to them for having a crack at itIt is being fully gutted internally which is a bit of a shame having a refit so soon after it was initially opened as the original post house, but so be it, guess the new owners needed to make their mark and needed to be a bit more than a lick of paint.
I don't wish this business anything other than success but how will reopening exactly what was there before, which failed, make it succeed?Very glad to see it reopening and it will be called the post house.

Anecdotally, there were sporadic rumours of some rather less than ideal commercial behaviours in some of the earlier incarnations.I don't wish this business anything other than success but how will reopening exactly what was there before, which failed, make it succeed?

Wasn’t there an issue that the original licensee lost his licence just a few weeks before Christmas then tried to sign it over to one of his (adult) children but they weren’t an appropriate person either so they had to be bring-your-own-booze in the restaurant in the run up to Christmas which screwed them over?
I think this was the first winding up, but I've lost track a bit, to be honest.wasn't the sign over by Mr Foster to his children to do with a tax issue( allegedly) to do with the tax man/ creditors going after assests?
To be honest it's been like that for a couple of months...Apparently the old Min’s Kitchen on Martin Street is now a small Virtual Reality venue with a bunch of simulators in.
Never thought I’d see one of those pop up on my doorstep to be honest. Seems they were in Telford before.
So you can get a virtual meal and have a virtual drink all simulated. Great way to lose weight …
