I wouldn't of thought so. The government haven't banned mass gatherings but probably will during the week. With the London Marathon now postponed till October, will the same thing happen with Stafford Half Marathon this weekend, due to Coronavirus?

I went to Paris to run the half marathon there 2 weeks ago and they cancelled it on the Saturday afternoon yet let the PSG football carry on and allowed Disneyland Paris to stay open.... Bonkers!!!
It seems very likely that they each have more stamina than they have in the tip of their own little finger.More staminer than I have in the tip of my little finger.
I don't know about a "buzz" but they seem much noisier this year, not that it matters.I'm at the start line (the OH is running), there's definitely a buzz around.
That's Conservatism for you. Back in the day when we had a police force they would have had a significantly higher presence rather than zero hours contract people trying their best.Good luck to all the runners. Such a shame there are some car drivers whose sense of entitlement is such that they cannot wait a few minutes to let runners past. I’ve just watched one lady get out of her car, remonstrate with the marshall and then proceed to drive round him to force her way through. I hope she gets stuck further up the road.
A driver in a shagged out Golf stalled by the lights to St Leonards Avenue after weaving through the cones....the poor leaders of the race had to run through a load of petrol fumes to pass him....Good luck to all the runners.
