Recommendation needed please-Door Entry System

Hi All,

I need someone to look at a handset that operates a door entry system in a flat and I have no idea where to start.

The system is made by SRS, I've contacted the people who I think installed it but they will only deal with trade.

Any recommendations on someone to look at it for me? It think it just needs replacing.

It's for a flat. The handset will now beep when the intercom is pressed by the front door, but can't hear the person when the handset is picked up.

I've spoken to the people that manage the building and they are adamant there is nothing wrong with the whole system.

Um, battery? Thought it would be mains powered?

It's in a property I let out so not able to look myself at the moment.
