If you are collecting an item from Sainsburys Argos, take your car park voucher part of the ticket in with you, and Argos refunds your car parking on collection (you don't have to buy anything else in the store) , so it is free....

Same if you are spending £5.00 in Sainsburys itself.
No I get that, it's just the hassle of having to sort out the parking... Other than going away to Lincolnshire the other week and having a pot of change for seaside carparks I've not used coins for months!!!

Indeed, I rarely have cash on me as my trolley master key fits every trolley except the Sainsbury’s ones (because of the tray mechanism) and I very very rarely go anywhere that needs cash for a transaction (especially now, it’s basically bioterrorism)

Parking there is a massive hassle during the day. And haven’t they now made it charge in the evening too or something?

Yes, I've pretty much given up with Stafford Sainsbury's due to not having cash (for parking machines) and trolleys that wouldn't accept my trolley token. Not that I'm going anywhere at the moment.

They accept trolly tokens, it's just knowing how to work it.

A coin sits flat on top of the tiny lip that sticks out in the coin slot.

The trolly token sits under the tiny lip that sticks out in the coin slot.

Can't help with the money though!

Gold?

Yeah, pretty sure Asda do indeed do cylinder exchanges

I knew Asda a had started settling them but weren't sure they were doing cylinder exchanges. I'll look into that thanks. You can get exchange them direct from sodastream but it sends a faff...

The Argos in Sainsbury's does Soda Stream cylinder exchange, but you have to sort it out in store.

Someone i know did exactly this last week - they had tried arranging it online but had been told they could only do it by ordering in store.

As it turned out, when they went in to enquire at the desk in Sainsbury's, they were given two cylinders right there and then, with the proviso that they quid pro quo'd as soon as able. They went back within the hour, so i couldn't tell you how long as soon as a piece of string is.

Ah - There was an empty space on a shelf in The Range with a label that implied there had been spare cylinders there previously.
Currys stock the gas soda stream bottles. But we're not currently on the exchange scheme although the parties are trying to arrange a deal together.
