Eat Out To Help Out

So Ayo Gorkhali was okay... I was in the front bit and although they hadn't removed any tables they'd got staggered seating. We sat at the table by the bar both facing the door. The table by the door had 4 on. On the other side they'd done the same, so whilst you didn't sit opposite your fellow diner you were far enough away from any other party. I didn't dare go to the loo and look at the back room though.

We went to the Antolian palace on Friday and had an excellent meal.

There was a hand sanitizer at the entrance and all the staff wore masks. Tables very well spread out and the food was Exceptional.

Can’t wait to go back.

Also ventured out to saracens head on Saturday and sat in the beer garden and had a lovely fish finger sandwhich and a couple pints of star op ramen

last night was the turn of the post house. Absolutely stunning venue and I thought it was reasonable priced.

Back at the Turkish tonight, can't fault them. We'd booked a table for 8 but as guidelines are still 6 people meeting we got 2 tables for 4 next to each other. Everything seemed to be going fine, the cleaning was on spec, I didn't feel unsafe at all.

I'm now very, very full of meat.

Early doors at The Post House last night,

Service; not quite joined up, however with every table taken for the whole evening all the staff were kept busy. From what I saw the two sometimes three knocking up the cocktails as well as pouring all the other drinks were working flat out. So no complaints.

Food; Fillet done as I like, Seared Fillet dish was also well received . Don't have pud as a rule but opted for the coconut and mango creme brulee, Best described as lush. All rinsed down with a bottle of the red stuff.

With a chick on my arm it set me back £60 after Rishi's deduction.

Would I visit again?
Definitely, 3 or 4 times a year

Sometimes the unnecessary is necessary.......

Would you visit again without the government bribe though?
