Picked up an order from Arroy Thai. It was fantastic and highly recommended.
I have holidayed a lot in Thailand and this is very authentic, as it should be as it is cooked by people from the Land of Smiles.

For Sunday dinner I did, Roast Pork, roast spuds, yorkies and a vegetarian gravy. Followed by ice cream. The potatoes were proper spuds, no Aunt Bessies, and they were massive. Won't tell you how many we had each, but he reckons he'll never lose weight at this rate!
One of his favourite things is asking someone - ''How do you spell Mum?'' - ''Feeder!''

Tonights gastronomic offering is half of last nights minced beef pie.
I have to do self praise here, my pastry is getting better every pie I do. Now I know that's no recommendation, but it is very nom nom.
I feel one of them enlightening moments heading my way.
I shall give up work and bake for a living! Get a stall on the market and sell my wares.
But then I remember, I'm so lazy and can't be arsed.

Enjoying a drop of red.
Was going to be a takeaway from Arroy Thai but turns out they don't open until Thursday.

So now it's going to be Chinese from Weeping Cross instead and we can have Thai on Friday instead.

Good times...

I have been soooo good this week!

After moving house I ate takeaway for what felt like two weeks strait (my waistline is not thanking me!)

This week we've had:

- Mixed bean chilli
- Pesto pasta salad
- Avocado fresh wraps
- Chickpea and potato curry

All made in the back of a van on a three ring burner!
Not too shoddy if I say so myself!
