You missed off membership surely? How much is annual membership at Stafford Castle golf club the website declines to answer. Like I said, you need to be rich!
Who was talking about being a member of a golf club.... Not me, and not you looking at your post...

To play golf you don't need to be a member of any club. I've been playing golf for 31 years and I've been a member of a club for 5 of those years....

£695 next year for full membership. You can book rounds for as little as £10 if you aren't interested in competitons, county events, handicaps etc.

Hmm ^two pages of talk about golf.

Bit ironic, isn’t it, given that of all the things that might be 'going on in the field next to the castle', golf is not one of them?

There is no Green Belt in Stafford Borough.
In the '60s I used to fly my kites on Kingston Hill when visiting my grandparents. When development started I'm sure they said it was supposed to be Green Belt.
OK, there are actually two Green Belt areas in the Borough - between Trentham and Stone, and a small area on the northern edge of the Chase.

People would often refer to green areas that haven't been built on yet as Green Belt, but it often isn't, in reality.
