A few years ago I preferred boiled potatoes ... don’t ask why.
Now I prefer mashed potatoes, maybe because my seven year old loves them and we try to watt he same food.
Yes, I know I could do both but potatoes with butter and milk .... mmmmmm!!!!

Hairy Bikers Polenta Pork.

I have no idea why the Carer has chosen to make this, he hates anything that resembles porridge, semolina or rice pudding, so I would have thought he would hate polenta.... Especially in its 'mashed potato consistancy'...

He's in the middle of cooking it now, fingers crossed. On a plus note I managed to convince him to buy some greenary to go along with it.

Reminder, I don't like polenta pork, it's unbelievably rich and greasy, I especially don't like the fact that I didn't get to have greenary with it as the carer stated it wasn't nessacary.

:ohno:

I'm at the point where I don't even want to admit what I'm having for tea - feeling very unhealthy at the mo.....

Pizza - in a frying pan - with garlic bread.

In my defence I have spend the day in -1 temps turning over flower beds with a pickaxe - my arms hurt!

On the upside my oven came into stock today and is arriving next Thursday - HURRAH!!
