Well the RSPCA named him 'Ned' which I think is truly terrible!

I want to get to know him before settling on something!

His most unruly feat yet is climbing in the sooty fireplace and troddling ash everywhere!

In his defence they are VERY cute pawprints!
A cat at work long ago was called 'Cooking Fat' and you could do worse than that with how yours is behaving.

I have entered a temporal limbo zone.

Having spent the day in The Shed, demolishing the old bench and shelving, I was surprised to see how dark it was outside just now, at what I thought was around 3pm - a glance at my trusty Seiko revealed not only that it was half past six, but that it was also still Wednesday, when I was convinced it was Thursday.

You win some, you lose some.

Fracks sake, it's snowing again....

..... and the carer had gone out to play in the back garden....

I'd just been saying to hubby that last time it rained like this , and I was taking son and girlfriend to the airport late at night, it suddenly turned to heavy snow and we ended up shovelling the drive to get on our way to Brum.......... Opened the curtains just and snowing heavily here now as well !

Yes.

But only just.

The demarcation point is actually at the top of Yarlet Bank, just about where the Greyhound is.

The latitude that I was born at.
I remember once going to a cross-country race up past Stoke way.
It was dry and sunny in Stafford with no sign of snow , except for a car we saw covered in it filling up in Sandon Rd garage.
Got to the top of Yarlett Bank by The Greyhound and there was a clear line across from no snow to deep-ish snow ,and driving in snow blizzards all the rest of the way . Coming back in the snow, we got to that line across the top of Yarlett Bank....suddenly no snow on the road still on this side , and looked like it had stayed a nice sunny day in Stafford.
