I didn't have a great night, I woke up at 2am in agony, arm was absolutely killing & I could barely move it, banging headache, joints aching and I was boiling hot. Bloody injection is horrible, I do hope the second doesn't cause the same problems.
If you are having the vaccine keep some paracetamol handy, it took the headache away and knocked the edge off the joint pain. Hopefully it'll only last 24 hrs.
To top that off work phoned to ask if I could cover someone's shift & I've had to say no, as I can barely move my arm.
Hope you are feeling better soon @littlemeI didn't have a great night, I woke up at 2am in agony, arm was absolutely killing & I could barely move it, banging headache, joints aching and I was boiling hot. Bloody injection is horrible, I do hope the second doesn't cause the same problems.

I thought I had got away with no side effects as I was fine when I went to bed. The headache and aching limbs have gone, but I can barely move my arm.Ach, sorry you've experienced that. My folks had a sore arm for a few days but that's it. Hope you're feeling better today?
And why is there a part to fill in covid test results, but I don't have any kind of code that's needed on my sms results.I do wonder why there's nowhere on the NHS covid app to enter that you have received a vaccination... Seems strange.
Is the Zoe one different to the NHS one then? The C19 by Zoe app is gathering information about your first jab and batch nr. Apparently they're keen to gather data on people who have been jabbed. You report in every day as per usual.
I didn't get a batch number on my card I was given at the time of my jab , nor on hubbys card. Just says Pfizer and Astra Zeneca on both. The C19 by Zoe app is gathering information about your first jab and batch nr. Apparently they're keen to gather data on people who have been jabbed. Same hereI didn't get a batch number on my card I was given at the time of my jab , nor on hubbys card. Just says Pfizer and Astra Zeneca on both.
Nothing on mine...I got one. A combination of letters and numbers: Oxford AZ AB0008
I believe they are calling this part of the strategy "Poke and Hope"
That went OK, quite a slick operation apart from a 'Marshall' standing in the pathway preventing me getting past without breaking the 2m rule.I'm in tomorrow morning at Stafford North End Community Centre.
Yes, mine just has AZ on with no batch number. So far so good, 27½ hours on and, so far, no side effects.I didn't get a batch number on my card I was given at the time of my jab , nor on hubbys card. Just says Pfizer and Astra Zeneca on both.
That also confused me, they didn't look me up on a computer at all, so I could have been anyone, and anyone could just turn up for a jab with no reason...Yep they had a laptop in the Church where I was done and they clearly had all my details. Even God is online these days ....
