I went in there on Friday, and that's exactly what I bought! I hate shopping at the best of times, and even more so when it's a huge sports shop. I was in desperate need of some new trainers though, and having looked everywhere else (including Brantano, TK Maxx etc) I picked up a nice pair of Karrimor Summit 90 for £20.99 instead of £69.99. Chuffed to bits!

i have a pair to go running and mountain biking in. believe me when i say they can withstand some punishment! have been using them for some time and they're still great :up:

Sending the hourly staff home without pay when it's quiet has been par for the course in every shop I've worked in. I don't think it's limited to discount retailers by any means.

Really? Just threw away a pair of karrimors I got from Sports Direct, started wearing them in November and despite few miles (5 a day or so) they were dead by late feb. Hope yours last better, they were comfy at first but just didn't seem built to last.
