Middle of Nowhere Festival 2009

was wondering if anyone knows if it is on this year?

I went last year but can't find any info on whether there is an '09 festival.

It was on sometime in may, I think it was near a place called donnigton (not the place with the race track, but some village near stafford)... basically a camping field & a stage put up in a pub beer garden. Good beer, good local bands & only £10 for the weekend.

Not sure if anyone else has this link, but here's Guitar & Son's MySpace page which has info in the 'News' section about the fest.

May be worth making the link a sticky in the Out & About forum, or maybe even promoting it to the Useful Links panel (top-left)... what do you think, Admin?

I've stickied this thread, as it's clearly of interest to quite a few people :)

How do I edit this?
There's flyers in the Bear & Pheasant - it's on the Fri/Sat of the second May bank holiday weekend.

Welcome jester - I didn't spot your newness earlier. Did you see Panther Burn there? I've knocked the bass player's car-port down today. It's OK though, he asked me to!

Saw all the bands the eyes were a bit blurred towards the end of each night i think the newcastle brown & the JD had taken over. £ 12.50 for 2 nights camping and all the bands good value to me
