Watched this film last night and WHAT A FILM it is...

Bloomin long at 2.5 hours and there are lots of "as flippin if that would happen in real life" moments, but on the whole the effects are ace and the *ahem* quality is DVD like. I imagine it would be even better on the big screen with surround sound.

2012 is an amazing film i watched it with a group of mates and we all laughed WOWED at the action and comedy....it is one of the best films ever and anyone who hasnt seen it is well..........saad

i have seen it, must say it is a good watch would rate it 8/10 as some parts are totally unbelievable and do not make sense.

A lot of the rumours are due to the Mayan Calendar ending in 2012. A lot of people take this as meaning that will be when the world ends. The Mayans knew a lot more than they were given credit for so people read far too much into the significance of the Calendar not going past 2012.Personally I think that considering how many centuries the Mayan Calendar was used for, maybe it's just because they though they would be due a new one by then..
