4cs. That takes me back a bit, always used to call it the chinese canteen on account of the noise in there. No soft furnishings to deaden the sounds of cutlery on plates.

There were two vans there today... both unmarked so cannot be sure of the work being carried out...

Perhaps they've still got to shampoo the carpets, especially given the conditioner they were in.

If they get it straightened out, then it could be the cream of the crop. No doubt you'll need a few bob in your pocket, but probably not a real wedge. They may benefit from being located on the fringe of the town centre. If they're going to do food, could I suggest mullet and chips?..
